Our first trip was way back in 2000 Chino, Lalo, Enrique. The original anything goes on Friday night, WOW. All of us crammed into the video bar, first time I ever such a sight. Who remembers all of the families from the BlueBay Village walking past the pool as we partied?
Our first trip was to BBG. It was awesome and some 10+ trips later it's still a blast but not nearly as wild as those days
Funny story about BBG ( I think ). Back about 20 plus years ago when I was a teenager. One of my best friends at the time had a uncle who went to Mexico. When he came back all he talked to us about was this place he stayed at. Said it was the best party he was at, and people he had ever met. Talked non stop about the wardrobe selections during the day and at night. This is also when we picked up the saying " nice shoes" he said all the gys said that to the ladies. I remember I promised myself one day I will make it to this place. My buddy moved away and we lost touch I thought all hope was lost. Fast forward a few decades I did my first solo trip to this place the called Tempation. Took me a couple trips until I clued in this was the gem he had talked about! I had finally made it!! Funny how life works some times, and WOW was he right about all the " nice shoes"
