Any rooms crawls between July 3rd and 10th ?

We never set on up either, but always someone has to start from somewhere. We can do one just let's know of date, and what liquor should we serve?

I think we should have 4 couples volunteer their rooms not more, because that is a lot of shots in a little time.

 

We like the room crawl idea it sounds like a great way to meet and make some new friends. We are willing to volunteer our room. Might be a little tough coming up with a theme this late but I am sure we can come up with something.

I'm not sure if we can come up with theme, because i'm working tomorrow and we have not packed yet, leaving Sunday morning, maybe we can make ours disco (simple). We need date and time:usa1:

 

We're already packed but can help out with anything needed. I just found out we leave on the 7th vs the 8th. If we could pick a night before the night of the 6th that would be awesome.

 

Already doing the crawl in the 15th. Added days so coming in Sunday. May grab another bottle at the airport to help out.

 

It looks like the 6th would get some participation. We will use our room and set up something on the sixth if we can get at least a couple of others. We could all meet at Patio's at 9:00 and go to 3 or four rooms. With walking time between rooms it should take about 1 1/2-2 hours. Then continue the party at Patio's.

 

The idea as I understand it is it is like a bar crawl. You have several couples host and every one will go to the host rooms together and have a drink of the hosts choosing. Also there is sometimes a theme for each room and you play a short game or some other activity the host sets up. You spend about 15 or twenty minutes in each room before going to Patio's for the rest of the party.
