Mmm last year we soaked cherries in vanilla vodka then dip them halfway in white chocolate and blue sprinkles, very patriotic and tasty

Ahhhh this thread is making me sad at the moment. All the hard work I have been putting in at the gym before and after my June trip just hit a roadblock right before more of my summer beach time. Got into an accident on my bike Friday night, and broke a couple of ribs. Luckily I was able to roll out of it, and essentially land on my feet avoiding destroying my face. But my own elbow must have jabbed into my chest while rolling and did a number on it. Now it's going to be a couple of weeks before I will be able to really hit the gym again. Kind of sucks mid-summer. I guess that's what I get ridding my bike to the bar, and doing the safe thing.
Well my booty workouts are going great and I am getting stronger with an increase of 15# on my back squat this week. That was the upside and this is the down side... My dress for white night is officially needing to be let out cause my booty got big.
Bwahahaha! That's some serious booty! Debbie hit a new goal yesterday of 170# squat x5. She's still training for that powerlifting competition later this year hoping to hit 200# soon. She shocked me with her strength and yet still has all the right curves in all the right places.
If she is at 170 for 5 then she should be about 200 for 1 and that is Amazing. I cant wait to slap that strong butt.
