Booked the golden room(suite) for 4 nights....away from kids and families. But alas..... I show up tonight and those guys said that they don't show I have a reservation. Good thing I brought my confirmation sheet. Still no. Wouldn't budge. Transferred me to the gran caribe. Nice hotel with kids and babies. I'm livid. My vacation was supposed to be relaxing. This is partly why next June when TTR is closed, we might not be doing the no kids beach vacation. Sorry your vacation is a nightmare.
terrible i have a few horror stories about how the golden and great parnassus sols u a time share that no longer works for us because the properties no longer are associated with each other. its basically like they took 10g of my $ and said..oh well..we dont know why this is happening...but too bad
Exactly why we are going to try Hedo next year . We were always going to give Jamaica a run and now with TTR closing we have the perfect chance just not looking forward to the 30 hr flight
Yes were in Australia, so its a fair haul to Jamaica when you factor in changing flights but we have now booked so were excited top give it a crack. We are looking forward to getting back to TTR late next year to check out the renovations
