    Please...........

We didn't say we were leaving Premier Resorts permanently or otherwise. The closed year and not buying gives us more of an opportunity to explore new places!

This is it exactly. I read some new marketing and I'm super excited because they are saying:

"This resort is the adult playground where guests are free to be themselves and have the vacation experience of a lifetime"-Hell yeah! Sign me up!
"the building will stimulate guests with a sensual vibe throughout the entire property"-sounds great!

    Then I read:
"We don't want people to feel at home here; we want them to feel like it's somewhere they've never been"-is that good or bad? I don't know...I always felt at home at the old TTR.
"It's important to note that we are not creating a new concept, we just want to reinvent the whole hotel. We are re-creating everything, from the atmosphere to entertainment to food to technology"-this might be promising, its unclear.

I don't know if 'refined and elevated' includes AIWC in the pool or nakedness during contests. Only time will tell. I am optimistic about the new resort. We will be there, twice a year as long as 'refined and elevated' doesn't mean boring and pretentious.

That all being said we are VERY excited that we have one last trip to the old TTR....81 days and we will be enjoying the 'un-refined and un-elevated' TTR that WE LOVE!!!!!!

I am so sad that we won't get to go to the old TTR one last time :( Nikki you better show them how us Octoberbreasters party when you go. Leave a good impression ;) I think there are only 4 October couples going to RM in October. I'm excited for the new TTR :)

With the upgrade to this resort our hope is that it comes closer to the quality of the Desire resorts with the fun of the Temptation resort. This resort desperately needed a full renovation/overhaul and if it causes the price to raise 25% percent then that's ok for us. We have not been anywhere else that is close to as fun as Temptation and likely never will be. The customers you and me will determine the style of the entertainment as we are the customers and the customers are always right or the doors close beautiful modern resort or not . We tried recently tried breathless los cabos for 5 nights $4500 no fun at all. There are so many groups that love temptation that if management ignores there wants they will be in trouble.

I think everyone should calm down. First comment I have is "Premier" isn't who owns TTR! Original resorts owns TTR as well as Desire. RCI is a timeshare company just like VIP and others. They pay Original resort to setup in the office they have but operate independently. TTR doesn't have any control over contracts between RCI and there clientele. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Also, after reading through a bunch of these posts, I went back and read some of the posts by the people complaining about the price increases. These are the same people that have complained about the mildew, mold, a/c not working, food, drinks etc......
You can't have your cake and eat it too!!!! The owners have been taking in all of the things said on this forum as well as the review we leave on the computer at the front desk. They have finally acted on what WE asked for, an updated resort. I can imagine that they were spending a fortune just keeping the place running. There is absolutely no wayyyyy they will risk losing there established clientele. It takes businesses years to achieve what they've achieved. No business owner would ever price themselves out of there market. Give them a chance to do what they need to be able to give us what we've been asking for.

As for RCI, they're crooks!! They sell time shared, what do you expect!! They'll tell you whatever you need to hear to make the sale. Once they've done that, all bets are off.

Sorry for the long post, needed to get it off my chest. Couldn't bear anymore weight with these big ass tits of mine!!!!

The premier members upset about their price increases (many times above and beyond what their signed contracts state) have a legitimate grievance IMO. Saying that it was necessary to remediate mold or other complaints filed On the ignored surveys is complete BS.

You can say what you want, but the grievance shouldn't be with TTR, it should be with RCI!
TTR benefits from RCI setting up at their resort, just like Wyndham does. Taking out frustrations on TTR is foolish. If you purchased a contract with RCI you should take full advantage of whatever services they offer. If that means you utilize EVERY opurtunity you can to suck them dry, then go for it. I have a friend that has a contract with RCI and they use them Everytime they travel, even using them to stay in hotels in the city they live in.

I heard a story that when TTR first opened they sold over 500 contracts to a group of people that traveled at the same time and would basically take over the entire resort for two weeks causing the owners to lose an enormous amount of money during there stay. I didn't hear anyone crying for them!

I just think that before people lose their minds over having to pay what amounts to a little bit of money, they should hold their tongues and see what comes out in the wash.
I think a lot of the same people that are crying foul will be at TTR partying it up once the resort has come back and is rocking off the chain!!!

Once again, just my opinion and we all know what that means. We all have one as well as an asshole!!:announce:

The concept drawings have a giant-ass naked woman mosaic stretching across the length of the sexy pool....I'd say that's a good sign the atmosphere will be mostly the same.

Lol! I thought the same thing. I am not sure that too many stuffy people will want to swim over a naked lady.
