Absinthe is a acquired taste Unfortunately, Absinthe is a VERY acquired taste. I've tried several types from different regions of the world. Keeping in mind that it just recently became legal again in the U. S. It tastes like Black Licorice. To prepare it properly for consumption you should pour it over an absinthe spoon with a sugar cube on it. The absinthe melts the sugar as it pours over it making it sweet enough to drink. It's more of a drink to sip on in a more laid back environment than TTR to me, but each to his own. I love the high from Absinthe, CoupleMX is absolutely correct. You WILL forget your name, your clothes, your morals and everything else you may hold dear!!! I guess that's why I LOVE it SOOOOOOOO much.:daveandmo:
Right, properly prepare of ABSINTH is using a special spoon and a sugar cube. But there are many ways to prepare it. You must try using an energy drink like Monster or Red Bull, believe me, you will get a nasty behavior hahahha. Cheers
