In the past we have taken the Boobs Cruise early in our trip, then if we meet some other adventurous couples or singles we felt comfortable with, invite them for an afternoon on the cabin cruiser (it really isn't big enough to call it a yacht)!
Question above about "What's the crew doing?" Well, captain Miguel (Michael sometimes) is moving you from point to point... even while action is happening in front of him and below. Pepe (the usual service guy we've known) is REALLY good at being able to tell when he's wanted around to do drinks etc and when he's... um... not. Stacia & I were going at it on the middle of the front of the boat this last trip, the other couples were on the back making their own porn-style rap video (LOL! Not my description, one of the guys), which was cool and I was up there doing yeoman's work up front (the mats they have down have these railes between then you can use to grab hold of for leverage), and when we were... finished and sat up laughing, I felt a big hand on my shoulder, turning, Pepe was handng me a fresh cold beer. Service! Had Stacia's vodka & Sprite too. That's what they are doing. Watching, not perving, making sure you have a great time.

We do a yacht run every time we go as I have ear issues and can't be on the boat all day. Yes, anything goes on the yacht, we always do a naked cruse etc.......drinks in your hand all the time and the staff is great at their job. Snacks are very good and if someone has an allergy they will accommodate you. We would enjoy the boobs cruse but I would be sick on the trip and for another day after we return.
We booked a private Boobs Cruise with Steve a few years ago - had a group of 12 that we came with and then added four more couples to get to 20 people - had a catamaran like the boobs cruiser boats but smaller and same drinks, loud music, etc. IT WAS A BLAST. Not sure if Steve still sells those but ... Also we've done the resort yacht many times. it's epic - best half day you'll ever spend.
