New email with rates

Now just curious but do you think that rate listed might include the room charge that is paid for with the contract...i think mine is like 30 a night....that would put the new rate somewhat closer to the rates we expected to see.

 

Great question! If they try adding on the AI fees on top of this we won't be to afford to go back.

 

My husband asked for the breakdown of price but they haven't sent it yet. My understanding is this rate includes all fees.

If that's the case then that's not so bad. If it works out to an increase of 40 to 50 a night or 20 each that is really not all that bad. Time will tell as questions get answered.

Just reread the letter on the first page of the thred and it specifies including room and AI and all taxes....phew

 

I'm not sure where you are getting $40 or $50 per night because low season is an increase of $88 which is 60%. That is not okay.

So when you buy the contract that covers the room charge per night...the 148 you are talking about is the AI fee only. So the price you are looking at now being 236 includes the room cost. So if you take the room cost out it will bring your price back down to high 190s to 200 still not fantastic but not as bad.
