How to upload a pic to this forum

This app does not seem to have an easy way to upload a pic of my my partner and myself. Any suggestions?

Thanks went and uploaded a pic, it shows up in my profile but does not when i make a post is there a time delay before they are accepted?

You have the ability to load a profile picture that shows up only in your user profile and an avitar picture. These are separate pictures. The avitar picture is the one that shows up on the left side of the screen on every post you make. You should see your avitar pic on your posts. as soon as you upload it.

The avatar has to be shrunk to low pixals
