Probaby gonna need to see those squats demonstrated for proper form and technique. After all, Debbie is a semi-pro lifter and squats 180 lbs.
You guys have us beat. Lol We don't do anything healthy while at TTR. Well...I run 5 miles on the beach first thing in the morning before the party gets going. But, I reserve the right to back out at any moment.
Nice, My coach is trying to talk me in to an Oly lifting comp in august but if I start competing again i am going to get nutty. lol My back squat is 190 one rep max as of 6 months ago. Hoping to test it in 8 weeks again with a 205 goal.
Damn we try and stay in shape and are pretty active but running the morning after those nights im not even considering haha. Im gonna bring my frisbee, thats all the running ill be doing.. And maybe to the restroom after i break the seal lol
Sweet!!! Good job!! Debbie is entering a lifting competition that'll be in December here in Dallas. She's already training for it and doing the whole "meal planning thing" and all. But, we both plan on falling (or jumping) off the wagon while at TTR. I would not bother running at TTR at all if I weren't so concerned with losing my long distance conditioning for half marathon distances. But, I'm OCD about some of my running stuff.
I almost forgot I am also into lifting weights what does a 34oz Bubba Mug weigh when full, this is repeated all day long while at the sexy pool. :beer4: T
