I've upped my workout thus... 4 beers instead of 3 2 takeaways per week instead of the usual 1 A couple of packets of crisps throughout the week Always adding extra mayo to my lunch sandwich (dry just doesn't fly) Minimum 2litres of soda water per day It's what's on the inside that counts, Life's too short - eat drink & be merry!!! #liveforthemoment
