B- Down 12lbs in about a month. I want to loose another 5 before our trip. Gym 5-6 times a week & hiking once a week. No carbs, prepping my own meals, only eating about 1,000 calories a day, GNC CLA, B-12 & Bragg's vinegar . 12 more days to go!!.. My bf works out at the gym 6-7 days a week. He is on no strict diet & eats whatever the heck he wants. He says I don't need to loose any more weight but you know us females we are never satisfied with our weight, LOL! artytime::lotsofmichaelfs: June 14th -20th 3rd trip in 3 years!!..

I hear ya! Between the beer and my rum & Coke, I have to run more than usual these days. I might as well run to TTR and back. LOL ~ John
We work out 5-6 days a week. We just finished 4 miles today! So we are doing our best to get in shape. Liz's dress for white night just showed up today...mmmm... nice. We also work hard on weekends hanging out on the patio enjoying the sun and cold drinks. Two steps forward and one step back....but we are making progress.
