I guess it depends on whether you are on tapatalk, mobile or desktop but if you can see in the top right corner 'Welcome, scollins73.' then right below that you will see a link 'Your Notifications:#' with a down arrow next to it on the right. Click on the down arrow and it will open up a menu. Select 'Unread private messages'. You will then be brought to your inbox and can click on the messages. After clicking on them there is a reply box. There are several ways to get here but this is what we typically do. Hope that helps.
