Ugh...had to work late every day last week, so I missed all my workouts, then I consoled myself by stress-eating my weight in pizza. Sigh.
Well good morning everyone! Been pretty quiet around here lately.. 48 more days till TTR.. and boy are we ready... Mentally YES, physically... well still a work in process... tanning everyday and working out at least once a day is in the plan... although plans don't always work out the way we want them to.... lol ... Someone once told me... once its a routine it becomes easier ... lol lies!! ... hope everyone is doing well and just remember " NoBody Knows You, And Nobody gives a Shit" Can't wait to see you all in July!!! July 19-27, Tracie and Mike
Here is a motivational trigger for the guys: The penis is a fixed body part anchored in your body. What sticks out is what is considered the amount you are swinging. The larger the body is in the pelvic region, the less of it is exposed, so an overweight guy is really packing more than he is showing. Every 30-35lbs lost exposes approximately an inch of the fun gun that was previously buried. Two years ago I dropped 73lbs (265 to 192) from Jan 1 until my trip in July. I can attest that this is factual information. My apologies to those dudes that didn't want to, but their ladies just stuck them on a strict diet and exercise regimen because of this info. :announce: :sofa:
Had a good headstart fitness wise! I've joined a gym and been 4 times last week and booked in for classes for the coming week including Zumba and Body Pump! Got 90 days left until my next trip, so hoping to lose 14 pounds and improve my fitness so I can be ready for the party at Patyo's. Diet is next, no control unfortunately lol! Stay away from all fast food, eat slower/portion control, because your stomach is slow on sending the ok done eating signal to the brain (this one is actually a really good one). Dont drink any calories (just water and black coffee) that plus cardio that get your heart rate up to 120 bpm for 30 min a day. Never over do it. You dind'nt gain weight overnight so it wont come off overnight. . P.S you are hot and don't forget it
Thanks for all the advice, will definately take it on board. I've got 1 litre Camelbak water bottle that ensures I at least get a litre of water a day. Avoiding takeaways will be tough but it's got to be done. Got a kettlebells class at the gym later and I've joined a weight loss group which will educate me further on sensible food choices starting next Monday! The wife just naturally looks sexy (Bel Biv Devoe were wrong... sometimes you CAN trust a big butt and a smile)! I am trying to get beach ready though. Some really good ideas here... but I would encourage everyone to not forget to do the FULL body workout! Means: I'm hitting the gym about 3-4 times per week for a combo of aerobic exercise (30+ minutes of 130+ BPM) and weight training. End: Not only will I be able to lift her in the air for an extended period, I'll be able to keep the stamina going while she's in the air. Means: I'm hitting the bar 2 times per week... vodka/tonic (it trains your liver without wrecking your gym work). End: I should be able to do about 30 additional shot runs without passing out by the time we arrive mid-July. Means: I'm also hitting the oxygen bar (to improve my lung extensibility) weekly and doing oxygen-deprivation training (where she grabs the back of my head and holds on for dear life)... End: I'm up to 6 minutes of continuous O-face with about 20 minutes between reps. Remember, sometimes the ends do justify the means! All this work will definitely pay off when we are going nuts at Paty O's and on the Boobs Cruise! 43 days and counting...
The best part of being a repeater is that it motivates me to work out year-round so I won't have to panic when it gets close to vacation time. Still, the one-month mark is like magic for me to kick things into gear (and that's this week, so it's on!) I don't do well with diets, so here are my quick tune-up strategies. 1. Add two extra cardio workouts per week 2. Smaller portions 3. No fizzy drinks 4. Cut down the salt 5. Replace the junk food snacks with healthy stuff
I am going to start changing my training from here on out. I will need more tequila, sparkling water and limes. Drink this a couple times a an hour for remaining 38 days and I should be good.
