Seeings how the resort doesn't really want pictures taken at the sexy pool, and that the couple message includes their employees, and that people mostly keep what happens in the message private...then I think it is safe to assume that no, you aren't allowed to video this with your GoPro, haha. But best of luck, I could be completely wrong. Maybe you could when the employees aren't present. Just get some type of GoPro head-strap and go to town in your room

Another alternative is a tripod... get one not expensive, and light, but strong enough to hold up a small digi-cam and you're good to go.
