Perfectly normal to wear them. I wouldn't say a large percentage of guests are wearing them, but I've never had a visit where there weren't quite a few of them to be found.
As long as you have something for a bottom, it could be a shoe lace, you will be ok and with in the rules of only topless. You will see some micros and strings in the pool and beach areas. On the Boobs Cruise you will be over dressed. T

We had some nice pink bikini bottoms for last years Boobs Cruise, the guys bought them for us, what they did not know was we had a surprise for them to wear on the cruise too!
Depends on the cruise but the 2 cruises we were on last year including the epic 100 person Octoberbreast one lots including my self were naked. There is nothing like swimming naked in crystal clear blue Caribbean water. T
