Lifestyle Cruises who knows about em for the reno period

Hi all,

Anybody got details on LS cruises for the period of the renovations? Things like cost, vibe, dates, good vs. bad ones etc. I don't think I can take a week at a regular AI. We aren't spring chickens at our early forties but we are both fit and still feel young so enjoy partying til the wee hours while on vacation. We have never done a cruise but my perception is that it's like a prude convention. My wife loves put on a skin tight sexy dress and dance the night away without the judgmental glares. Whatever else happens depends on the night! :69: At TTR she gets glares of appreciation which is part of what makes TTR so great. I just can't see my wife in that dress on a cruise without the prudes trying to crush our spirit. Help!

 

We've been wondering the same thing. We always said we wouldn't do a cruise because you are confined to the ship most of the time. Then we realized that we only left TTR once in the 9 days we were there (and that was for the Boobs Cruise lol) so a cruise just might work. There are a few LS cruises out there. Check out Bliss Cruise or something else on Castaways Travel. They could be more of a Hedo on a boat, but I haven't finished researching yet.

 

We did one of the lifestyle cruises a couple of years ago. As far the party aspect is concerned, it's quite fun. Not sure that it's good value for the money though. There are plenty of hotel takeover type lifestyle parties that are every bit as fun and cost a fraction of what the cruises do.

Hotel Takeovers are typically done by local LS groups - need to check LS websites or FB groups that are active in your area for more info...

The price of alcohol on a cruise really makes a LS cruise quite expensive.
