We lift and do cardio 4-5 limes a week. No processed foods and cut down carbs significantly. Vodka and water gets subbed in for beer
My fear is not what I will look like when I get there but what I will look like when I leave. After working out 5 days a week and often 2 a days what will 1 week off do to me. Then on top of that adding in all the food and drink that I normally don't have. Scared, strait up scared.
Every year I get older and this part gets a little harder! My strategy: keep bringing everyone shots. The drunker they are, the better I look! (I work out 3-5 times a week year round--pole dance, bellydance, pilates, yoga, and cardio--and I ramp it up about a month before the trip.) --Laura
Lost 8 pounds last month to get ready for this trip! Then I backed up to a mirror...... looked over my shoulder...... and DAMN! There it was!!!!
I remember when D used to call me a "damn greek god"!!!..... Now same words, just out of that order......... "god damn greek" ahhhhhh married life!
Here at the gym trying to get ready but I just realized something, I love tacos to much the Hell with this im going next door to get some tacos. Lol..
