Turned up the heat on my (Mr here) running game and will start tanning soon. And more weekly workouts for us both.
I kicked up my cardio and lifting routines. Then replaced my weeknight dinners with vegetable or fruit smoothies loaded with protein and all kinds of good stuff for you.
Both of use work out like 5 days a week as it is but we have been eating a lot better the last month and started tanning. Don't wanna burn those ta-tas or buns!!
same here, Crossfit 4-5 a week and been hitting the beach every Monday for an hour or two. Love living in Florida
We also started tanning this last week... def don't want to go with out some sort of base tan at least... lol
Yeah it should be getting warmer here in WI this next month but who knows with our weather....one day it's 70 and sunny and the next its 34 and sleeting! Gotta love WI! Probably why our state is so thirsty! LOL :daveandmo::ernaehrung005:
I run 5 or 6 days a week (40 to 45 miles) and take 2 bootcamp classes, 1 yoga, 1 spin, and 1 step at the gym. I also lift dumbbells and do push-ups at random at home. With two weeks left before our trip, I have substituted all alcohol with a honey/ginger switchel drink. Hoping to shed a few more pounds before we land.
I'm sure that I (mr) am the only one nutty enough to run while we are there. But, running the beach in the morning while watching the sunrise is a great way to start the day. I can always take a nap midday. Lol
