October/November split trip 2016 Desire RM

Curtis and I are planning a split trip between Temptation and Desire RM. Desire dates will be Oct 29 - Nov 2. Anyone else planning a trip at this time??

Dammit Dawn!! We are doing a split trip, too. We are going to be at DRM 10/5-10/8, though!

 

A month too early!!!!

 

Well, at least my reservation for DRM still stands!!! Now what will we do from Oct 22-29 (was booked at Temptation) until we leave for DRM on the 29th......??????

 

We have booked the Grand Oasis Sens from Oct 28-Nov 1 and Desire RM from Nov 1-5 so we are going cross paths a lot. We are actually flying into Cancun on Oct 16-Nov 6. We will take Oct 16-28 to check out some other Mexican town and hopefully do some diving.

So had original reservations for TTR. Had to suck it up, not get pissed and Now booked Desire Pearl for Nov6-11. Never been to any of these resorts and hearing it's a blast.

We are waiting to see what TTR plans to do with their existing reservations to determine what we will do Oct 22-28. I spoke with them yesterday and they said the plan will be determined in a couple of weeks. DRM for sure Oct 29-Nov 2 !!

 

I was tempted to book Halloween at Desire this year but we would miss the gang that we have spent the last few Halloweens with. But you can count on the fact that we will be at Desire early on Nov 1st. For us, the more relaxed pace suit us better. I prefer deep conversations over loud music, flashy entertainment and party/party. Is that a sign I'm getting old?
