Called the reservations line to see what they planned for after September 25 and after being transfered to a customer service rep that was to handle the question, was told that if I had a reservation after Sept 25 I would be accomidate at another resort but was not specific to which resort at the moment. If I did not have a reservation, then there was no other option to make a reservation other than going to Desire or Pearl. Sorry but for the price difference, we don't see the value in doing that upgrade. We were told in December that the resort would not close completely or if it did another resort would be a takeover of Temptations and we would have someplace to go. Guess that was just a closing BS line for us to grade.. We bought the pitch and upgraded, now have no place to go. We normally visit our friends at TTR 3-4 times a year. We are, to say the least, disappointed.
This is the same thing we were told in December, when we bought. To say Hubs is not happy about this is an understatement.
