Rule # 1 If you arrive at the resort early, and your room is not ready, and you decide to leave your carry-on with all your valuables in a friend's room; it is helpful to remember their room # and where it is located. Rule # 2 As you head to the sexy pool, you may want to stroll through Patty O's because there is a very good chance you won't make it there for the rest of the day. Rule # 3 When you room is finally ready, you are probably already half lit, so after getting your keys and asking the Bellman to take your luggage to your room, it is a good idea to refer back to rule # 1 and try to remember your room #. Rule # 4 It is a good idea to have GPS micro chips installed in your sunglasses, flip flops, T shirt etc., because there is a good chance you will leave the pool without them, and it it will help you locate them the next day. Rule#5 When you finally do leave the sexy pool, it is a good idea to head straight to the lobby and ask security to help you find your room. This will avoid the embarrassment of wandering the halls for hours, and getting that look from your wife that says, "Seriously, you don't remember our room #...your an idiot." That look is inevitable, but is better to receive it latter on during your stay! If you don't manage to follow any of these rules, and wake up the next morning not exactly sure how you got there, these helpful hints will help you navigate the morning after. If you wake up in just your swimsuit, be thankful, because considering you don't know where anything else is, the alternative would have been extremely embarrassing! If you have locks on your main luggage, and the keys are in your carry-on, following Rule # 1 would have been a really good idea! Have printed Apology Cards made up, and hand them out to the other guests as they arrive for Breakfast. The card should apologize for any indiscriminate touching you may have taken part in the day before. This will have two purposes; the apology will be appreciated by those who received an unsolicited pat on the butt, and for future reference, those who didn't mind will usually respond with an, "apology not necessary, that was fun!!!" Hopefully this will help others avoid the First Day Curse. LOL

Thanks to all the other hosts; Gar and Tam, MyrtleMayhem, Sunshinegirl11, and Lovers4funtimes. Everyone went above and beyond decorating their rooms...what a blast. Unfortunately the one on the 19th didn't happen but Bourbon Life brought the crawl to Patty O's!!!! Definitely should be an annual tradition. P.S. 5 rooms at an average of 3 shots per room...calling it a crawl is very appropriate. LOL
