I think we are bringing a bottle of Malbec-Shiraz blend from Argentina we like called The Waxed Bat. Its a 90 point wine that we really like plus has a cool name for Halloween!
We booked 10/24-11/2 officially! Airline deal was to good to pass up $74 taxes each roundtrip and 12,900 each credit card miles. We love all our Hotties & Hellraisers friends!
When we have wine in checked bags, we also wrap it in bubble paper before putting it in the ziplock bag
off topic HnH crew..tough day here in Minnesota. RIP Prince. What a musical genius who represented Minnesota to the fullest. I have so many stories of just bumping into him at the most random places throughout the years and everytime I did my jaw hit the ground. Put on some Prince music tonight, have a glass of wine ( or fireball shot) and enjoy!

In the middle of Purple Rain LP as I write this Darling Nikki to be exact. Very sad day for us as Marilyn and I have 2 songs, that are "our' songs. One is Patience by GNR but the other, and more timely one, is Purple Rain. It came out back when we were dating and was one of the first movies we went to see together. We danced to it on our wedding night. Charlie at TTR sometimes plays it for us and we are always surprised. Some friends who have seen him live numerous times, say he was incredible.
