For those that were around the sexy pool on Saturday afternoon, there was quite the scene of security and first aid staff at the back of the sexy pool. We did not see what happened as we were looking the other way, but it looked like a man had slipped and fallen and struck his head. He was down for quite some time. Eventually ambulance staff came and took him away in a wheel chair.

He did not look good at all as they were leaving and still seemed to be slipping in and out of consciousness.

Just wondering if anyone had heard an update about him?

One of our group was a nurse and she stepped in quickly to help, but there was plenty of help. We were all quite concerned.

Hope he ended up ok. Our prayers go out to him.

Sadly seems to happen once in a while, concrete pool deck that's slippery when wet, inebriated people. Just a high risk environment :(

We didn't hear anything on Sunday about it. I don't think he was drinking though. Simply slipped and cracked the back of his head.

Hopefully he doesn't have anything worse than a concussion. Hate when that kind of thing happens to someone who should just be enjoying themselves.

We see a tumble happen at least once a visit either on the pool deck, the stairs leading into the sexy pool (near the bar... those really should be concrete/textured coating instead of tile), or the bathrooms by the sexy pool. Alcohol consumption aside, those bathroom floor tiles get slick when they don't have the floor mats out.

Hope the guy was alright in the end...

You really have to be pretty careful, and honestly it's better to dance in the pool then outside of it once you get toasty.

Some rooms can get pretty slippy too, and you should put some towels down if you start to notice it is happening. Better to be safe then sorry. I ended up with concussion down there 2 trips ago. It was at night outside, doing god knows what...probably me thinking I was Spider-man again. I pulled it together in about 2 days and was fine.

I hope whoever this was, ended up ok.

About a half hour after the gentleman was carted away on Saturday, a woman slipped and fell in the same spot but fortunately, she was not hurt.
We wonder about that guy as well, he did not look well at all.

Tiles stairs up/down to the rooms really aren't much better, unfortunately. On our last trip my brother slipped down the stairs with his luggage. Gladly he wasn't hurt and we all had a good laugh about it because it was our last day at TTR and hadn't drunk any alcohol since the night before. Just have to be extra careful, that's all...hope the gentleman in question is well!

He was snockered! He fell forward on his face and I cringed but he got right back up. He then sat on the swing and I no sooner had the words, "this is not gonna end well" out of my mouth and he went backwards off the swing hitting his head pretty hard. I was the nurse who checked on him. He was responsive and clearly blitzed. I'm sure nothing hurt at the time but i bet his head was pounding the next morning. Luckily, no blood was shed but I would bet he had a concussion. He hit hard.
