The hotel normally has summer sale specials as well (since it's their slow season)...look for those specials to appear soon, if they already haven't been posted...
I think the past couple of years it's been stay 4 nights and get the 5th free (on top of the 35% discount they normally have). So you can stay 10 night for the price of 8.
We just returned from TTR (March 30-April 6) and can tell you this.... rumours are they are shutting down portions of the resort for Reno's in June and July. While we were there they completely gutted the room below us and there were surveyors there the whole week surveying the property. We also had the privilege to sit through one of the timeshare presentations and were informed that they just got the approval for a 26 million dollar loan for upgrades. I am aware of the rumours over the previous years about Reno's but I think things are starting to happen down there and I would not be surprised if the prices take a jump!
Could be the flights. I used Google Flights to check prices out of our area and from June to July flights go up by $200pp.
