No , but some have done it on a referral thing , when they say they wish to see it before buying in .
About four years ago we were staying near PdelC and we went on a snorkelling excursion to Puerto Morelos . We emailed the Desire resort nearby and asked if we could have a tour of the resort while we were in the area ....sure no problem was the answer . As it happens we didn't go in the end due to Montezuma making a visit . The point being if you don't ask you never get !!!
I asked about it when we were at TTR at the beginning of March. The concierge told me she could arrange a day pass if we sat through the timeshare presentation - as opposed to the usual couples massage etc. The only thing we would have to do would be paying our travel there and back. We didn't end up taking her up on it because we didn't want to sit through the sales pitch, so I can't confirm that you could actually get a day pass.

We did a day pass last year, and had a great time. We did want to see the night life, late afternoon activities so.we are doing three nights there this trip. It is worth it if you make the most of the time you have and use the facilities as they are available...
Day Pass We got a day pass to Desire RM last October and they also paid $100 US for taxi both ways. The cost to us was meeting for breakfast and sitting through the membership presentation and some severe arm twisting which we resisted. They approached us with this offer, we did not pursue them for it.
Sorry for delay have been away from the Internet for a while. By the time we ate breakfast and caught cab to Desire RM (almost an hour drive) it was probably nearing 10:00am. Spent the rest of morning around pool and then ate lunch at outdoor grill near pool. After lunch visited the beach beds and then later up to visit the hot tub area (not very busy in mid afternoon). I think our stay was limited to 5pm so did not partake of dinner or other evening activities. Overall, nice place, but much quieter than Temptation. We will probably try adding on a 2 day stay at end of a future Temptation trip like many others do.
Thanks. We would like to experience the late afternoon/evening in the hot tub, so we may need to stay a night as well. Along with supper etc........
