I agree. Even if Mexican law is on your side, good luck bringing a lawsuit in a Mexican court, and then trying to collect if you do win.
While I agree that it is a risk and legally the odds are against us, I also think that purely from a business perspective, they wouldn't take the risk of going out of business. They have a pretty unique thing going on there, and if they mess up like that (granted, your hot wife will be exposed) they won't be getting any more business in the near future. Nowadays words spread really fast.
