A couple newbie ?'s As we have yet to enjoy TTR, we are not sure what to expect in a few regards to HnH. We have heard about theme nights and we are just wondering if there are theme nights every night? During Halloween do you dress up in costumes only on Halloween evening or are there other costume nights? Who does all the planning for the theme nights and is there anything we can do to help?
There will be a different theme for each night. Ajay usually puts together the theme night schedule after taking suggestions for themes and voting on them. The theme discussions usually begin in July or so.
You can expect a costume theme prolly evry night you are there. The resort has a theme every night such as white night or red night or lingerie night. HnH will have a list of additonal themes for each night but we are an informal group, wherrby you can dress how you wish. Do the resorts theme or HnH's or wear that killer outfit you can't wear too many other places and decline a theme. Choice up to you. Regarding planning, several hard core HnH --and some Halloween 1st timers---, are regulars with other groups', whose time is near. I.e. some April Addicts, some MayHem and some June Junkies are in HnH. So they are focussed on upcoming trips and preparing, therefore, as Guido says planning will start to get serious in mid-to-late June-ish. And.....Yes AJAY, when it comes to all the cool HnH activities is OUR Sheperd! But you can help out by campaigning for a theme or post your thoughts and ideas. We tend to brainstorm on Cool original ideas (something new and different -- Example: trying for a Zombie night this year) and we like to switch up from year to year. We did a BYO Bourbon tasting in addition to a theme last year. Which made it cool and fresh. This year we will do BYO Wine tasting on Oct 28. Another example is, last year we did not have SchoolGirl Nite (which was getting passe) to some peoples' disappointment, but we did ABC nite, which at the time was still avant garde. ( now it seems common to all groups on CCC and TTR has actually tried to incorporate ABC into a weekly night bcuz so mamy have adopted it. So I am sure SGN will be back this year. If you have some fresh cool ideas please don't be a stranger and share.

The last post by Marshe did generate new ?'s that might seem very clueless but we are super newbies and pretty much know nothing lol. Not sure what an ABC night is and I'm assuming CCC is Cancuncare?
Not clueless at all....common questions actually. ABC is Anything But Clothes... I have seen cardboard Beer Case on aGuy or spraypaint or electrical tape on Girls, or a Crown Royal Bag on a Guy Anything you can make an outfit from other than cloth and keep the forbidden bits covered from Security. And yes CCC is Cancuncare. Anynore ? fire away
