I know different people have arranged their transfer pick up later than usual to stay to the bitter end. We have done it a couple times. This time we did not, THANK GOD! We ran into a major traffic jam leaving this trip, even the driver didn't know what was going on. It took us an hour and a half to get to the airport. We got diverted through a parking garage it was so bad. God bless the ambulance a few cars back, there was nowhere to go. USA usually picks you up 3 hours prior. Good job. Also many times when we have gotten to the airport the line up was ridiculous to check in. Just a word to the wise. :)

We have used them at least a dozen times,at first their extremely early pick- up times seem but once you get to the airport you'll no why . Once we were still at the sexy pool decided to take a cab to extend the party, never again

We were told they are picking us up at 9 am for a 12:20 pm flight home ... Is that about right from what you all experienced and we need that much time?

Yup, that's about right. IT's a good time to leave. Get up have breakfast and hit the road.

USA Transfer always schedules 3 hours prior to your flight. If everything goes smoothly, you'll have 90 minutes to kill. That's a good time to go to Margaritaville, have a nice lunch and the last margarita, get on the plane and take a nap! If there are problems or long lines, you will make your flight.

Usually it depends on the day of the week, seems like Fri, Sat and Sunday departures are really busy in the downtown area. Never had a problem mid week

In January when we used USA, they picked us up at !:00pm for a 3:40 departure. By the time we checked in, went through the duty free, and had a quick snack the plane was loading.
