We have always used USA for our transfer and have always paid in Canadian dollars, without issue as it STATES on their website that you can do that. I REALISE that with the exchange it's not at par anymore as also stated on the website. When we got dropped off at the resort and ready to party, the driver argued with me that I could not pay in Can $$ cause it was called USA Transfers! I then asked to pay in Pesos as that was what we went with this trip because of the US exchange. IT took us 20 mins at the resort and him to make three different phone calls to get this straight. First time we were disappointed with their service.
This was talked about 6 weeks ago,, they posted the new CDN rates . Yes they do like to call the office,, almost missed my flight once because of that. After complaining they gave me 20% off next trip . I think they value theire job and don't want to loose it so they call a lot .
usa Pay driver directly in full on arrival in cash: US Dollars, Mexican Pesos, or Canadian Dollars (CND cash only at a rate 1.25 CDN = 1 USD, for those clients arriving into Cancun on any WESTJET, AIR CANADA, AIR TRANSAT or SUNWING flight. No other flights, airlines will be allowed to pay in CDN). You can also ask us for a link to pay securely on line.
When we we used them in Feb they gave us the CAN $ at par in cash at the time of pick up as we booked before the Sept cut off date so that was a nice surprise , we tipped the driver well . Also we had to re-jig our pick up time for our return trip due to a flight time discrepancy . I emailed them they answered within ten minutes and the pick up time was changed no problem . All the drivers showed up on time and were friendly and courteous , they also knew where our second resort was .its not well known and is kinda off the beaten track , really good service all round . We had a three way trip as we did two resorts . USA Transfers are awesome .
