Do you have to book reservations as soon as you arrive like most other resorts in Mexico? Or is it safe to book same day?
The Asian and Italian restaurants require reservations and if you want to eat early (6:30-8:30) a day or two early is best. If you don't really care what time you eat, same day and sometimes you can even get in with a res. :daveandmo:
We never booked and were always able to just walk up and get a table. I think many couples book restaurants but then have a little too much booze during the day and skip their reservations .
We never had an issue getting a table without a reservation as long as it wasn't a big group. 2-4 people seemed to be fine
