I'm sure this will get a few eyerolls lol but just wondering... we've used the gym on previous trips to TTR but I was wondering if there are actual personal trainers? Last time we were there it seemed like there was a personal trainer with a client at the gym one morning we were there.
I don't think there are personal trainers but they do have an on resort trainer that does daily classes with guests. All the classes I saw were outside.
I think their are trainers that are featured. I have seen yoga and crossfit instructors featured. My wife and I are both certified trainers and I have a master's in exercise physiology if anyone needs help this March 24th-29th
I'm not there until the end of April so I guess our paths wont cross Since your in that field maybe you could recommend someone who could do a quick liposuction job? I was thinking of early day 1 of the trip, maybe while i'm at the buffet? I don't like to get to far away until they stop serving bacon. :xyxthumbs:
TTR has a gym! WOW! I always thought just trying to remain upright until 2 or 3 every night was enough work for me. OK maybe I do a few push ups and arm curls too
I could totally understand getting a personal trainer prior to your trip to TTR...but have no idea why you would want to hire one while at TTR!!! :lotsofmichaelfs:
OK there is a couple treadmills and a couple elipticals, dumb bells only go to 40, there is a bench (maybe 200 lbs worth of weights and a pulley machine). Its a bad quality days inn gym enough to burn some alcohol off but not enough for a real work out.
If it wouldn't get the CCC ban-hammer we'd post a photo of what has happened in, and outside, the room just across the hall from the gym. Who doesn't like an intense workout?
I've had a personal trainer for almost 2 years. I just thought that if it was offered I'd check it out since I workout there anyway
