I just don't understand why people think they are entitled to the same chairs every single day. There is no reason for people to reserve a chair with some t shirts for a whole week! Everyone pays the same hard earned money to go to TTR, so everyone should have a opportunity for a chair or two. I don't under why they even allow it. Every t shirt still sitting on a chair after 12am should be thrown in a lost and found box. Just my 2 cents.
I agree the OP is a bit worrisome. There are plenty of couples going based on the roll call alone so that is reassuring. Singles are fine too but here's hoping it's not as bad the OP. We leave tomorrow and we'll see you there!
Thank you for clarifying my point. As I said singles are fine. We plan on having drinks with them as much as anyone else. It was the "large group of single guys, some not respectful" bit I was referring to.
It's usually the night passes! That seems to be the very worst time for single guys creating havoc. During the days it seems most of the folks are in control of their behaviors.....
I find it interesting that almost everyone focused on the single guys part of the experience and not the other things. Summary of issues / posts responding to... 1. Some single guys out of control ruining vibe / 15 responding posts 2. No participation in theme nights / 1 response 3. Toilet not working / 0 4. Staff unresponsive to missing lamp / 0 5. Toilet by pool unclogged in 3 days / 0 6. Pool chairs reserved all week / 1 I really don't get why management gets a pass on things that are fixable if they really cared. Sadly the mrs only wants to go to Desire now due to similar experiences as listed above. Most of these are not March only issues. I still love the place due to the awesome party but I guess in March when the party is no longer quite as awesome the other stuff is like salt in the wounds. All about how much the party makes up for the negatives. Just an observation. Please don't shoot the messenger/observer I for one am hoping for the renovations or Breathless being a real competitor so management is forced to 'up their game'.
