we both tanned for 2 weeks before last trip in October, doing 4 weeks this time (thank you Groupon)....no burn last time except the wife didn't pretan the girls (duh) On neon night you couldn't tell where her hot pink top and the breast left off!
Even though tanning in a bed is about as bad for your skin as smoking is for your lungs, I do it! I tan for two weeks a little at a time and then do a spray tan before I leave to even it up!
I was thinking about spray tanning I have never done it but have been tanning for a week now does the spray tan help with burning? and does it wear off? in the water thanks
We are pre-tanning before we go. Have been for about 2 weeks now I rarely tan and mostly burn, so trying real hard to not have that happen too much.
Spray and bulb tanning can lead to things far worse than a sunburn. Really better to go the natural way and get a few minutes a day of the real sun. As your resistance to burning increases, increase your time in the sun. Works kind of like resistance training. The more you can handle, the more you should take - within reason. After a little skin cancer and semi annual visits to the dermatologist to have places burned off, when I go, sunscreen is my constant companion. The wife tans nicely so she does a gradual tan. When you are fair skinned nothing ruins a vacation more than getting burned the first day.
I would love to tan naturally this time of year however it is usually about 30-40 degrees outside ... No other option than to go to a tanning salon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I do the spray and tanning bed. Usually 5 to 10 visits for a good base tan in beds and my salon offers :mermaid:a ccocktail of tanning bed then spray tan I can do this weekly to keep good color!
