Party'Os music stopping at 2am

I never wear a watch at TTR...unless we've got dinner reservations or need to meet at Paty 'Os before the Boobs Cruise...there's absolutely no reason to care what time it is. When the music stops, it's time to head to the Sports Pool to hear security tell us "No Nakey" and "No Sexo" for an hour!!

 

This is a tough one. I am not as convinced it has always been this way. During my harder core party days of 2010 and 2011 I really thought it went past 2. I think i would of been upset with the music stopping at 2 back then and there was no pool open so that wasn't an option. I guess as a result of them being harder core party days that means I don't remember much. But I kind of remember coming back in 2013 and being surprised and upset that they turned off the music at 2am. Isn't it possible that they had a short period of time where they had the dj play later, until patty o's thinned out? I am by no means "positive" either way. Yes, interesting look into how the human mind works.

 

That's why I'm bringing my Bluetooth speaker. .. keep the music going

I think one of the reasons they stop the music at 2:00 (apart from the staff) is so that people in the rooms around Paty'o's can get some sleep. Ali and I bring earplugs as we prefer those rooms and often ask for them but some people kinda get stuck there without prior knowledge. By all means bring a bluetooth speaker but also be cognizant of your fellow vacationers.

 

We never thought about earplugs...we always ask for those rooms. Sometimes we are going to sleep before 2 AM (we're getting older lol)...

 

the only thing worse then a blue tooth speaker , is 2 of them playing different tunes,,, see it all the time at the ''quiet'' pool

 

Or 2 (really drunk) guys singing loudly in PatyO's at 6 in the morning! Saw that last May when we were there...

 

I actually have to agree. I remember it playing longer in January 2010 and 2011. I specifically remember how much better my sleep was the next years when it stopped at 2 because we always get Paty O rooms.

 

Last year in April the music would stop around 2:30 or 3:00 but it was not quiet until about 4:00.

 

Travel safe Len & Wendy!! And get the bad weather of there before we arrive in July.
