    Hype about it will calm for now. The pattern is that in October the discussion and rumors will start back up hard and heavy. This has been the pattern for the last several years.

    As long as we have a room, sexy pool, and drinks all will be well. They were changing out lamps when we were there in September and people then claimed the renovations has begun. Just had friends return last week, they observed maintenance. Someone had to move this week due to a leaky roof in the bathroom from a broken pipe and she was a premier member so that may be the reason for the work on 3301.

    My wife and I were looking at room choices on the Temptations website. We booked a deluxe ocean view room. We thought one of the 3000 rooms would be great. Are these only for members? If they are do you have any suggestions for Deluxe Ocean View room, we think we don't want to be by Paty'O

    When we were there in November they had maintenance going on in 3301 and 3302 most of the time we were there. What I have noticed over the years, they pick a empty room room and repaint, redecorate the room from ceiling to floors. There was a rumor about cockroaches, but we never saw any. So they were spraying the whole building. They seem to be on top of any insect problem. Hey, we are in a warm, tropical resort.
    As long as I have a clean room, fresh towels Im good! Im not there all day, im in the sexy pool making new friends

    There adding floors to an already overtaxed , ancient, sewer and AC system .

    Hopefully the start replacing pipes, last 2 trips we had to change rooms because of burst pipes above us .
    threw out a bunch of stuff , cause we did not know if it was sewage , to be on the safe side.

    Well, that's just nasty. Most likely fresh water from the pressure side but you never know.
