normally we just do it informally, say about 2am, walking back to the room, listening for people having fun with their doors open.. thats an invite to at least watch?
I'm trying to figure out how to get my good friend and his wife there on the same dates as me! Everything mid April is sold out! I'm traveling solo, so I told them I'm happy to let them stay with me, just gotta figure out how to get it set up and how much it will cost them.. It's frustrating!! Anyway, a room crawl will be best at night like lockdown said, and if we are doing signs, why not just make a doorknob hanger that's green and says " come in" ? Just a thought

you can ask all you want, but , during sold out weeks the turnover is about 40/50 rooms a day. some are premier only. some are suites some are Ocean view some are Ocean front some are Garden view some are parking lot , roof top , patio,s ect ,,,view you can only ask for the category you are booked for . people checking in the morning get a better selection. sometime people are moved. so yes, you can ask , for a location , but for specific room , its a stretch . they will move you later if it become available and you bug them .
I think 700 pm to 10:00 pm Monique is napping. Yep I am almost always except lingerie night I might be out by 9:00pm. If Glenn joins in a room crawl he is going unicorn. I think he may be missing the opportunity, although he has been banned from ever sending anyone to wake me up ever again.
Have one partner stay in the room and one partner cruise the rooms. You or your partner will talk to everyone at some point. It really depends on how many people sign up to how difficult it would be to meet everyone. Maybe after everyone meets at Paty'Os after to connect who's with who. It might be fun having that guessing game of which people are partners. That's one possible solution.
