New on here. Need help changing screen name

New on here and I am wondering how to change my screen name so that when I post it doesn't show my email and I also can't get my picture that is on my profile to show when I post.

 

got 2 posts ,, delete and start over ?,, can they ??

 

profile pics have to be shrunk to small pixal size

 

My picture is on my profile it just won't show up when I post

 

You need to add it to your avatar to show up

 

Thank you that fixed the picture. Do you know how I can change my screen name so that it isn't my e-mail?
