Hi everyone Jen is bringing two new guests to TTR this May and they get installed this Friday. We've been getting mixed reviews on recovery time. She's getting 500cc under boob incisions, under muscle, silicon and her doctor told her she should be able to go back to work by Tuesday. Can we get some input on your experiences? Jen does Dental work so there's no heavy lifting or anything.
My best friend went from nipple to double ds and she's about 120 lbs 5'4" and she healed super fast she's very active and muscular it looked like someone beat her w a baseball bat but she said it wasn't that bad . The dr said she would be groggy and out of it and she wasn't every one is different but I've noticed that it depends on her determination. Had mine done Dec 17th. ...........all depends on what you mean by healed. The bruising lasted about 2 weeks. I was sore for a couple weeks. I went from a 32b to a 32ddd. My nipples are still hyper sensitive now.......2 plus months out. You are adding quite a bit you'really going to feel different for a while and i'm not talking about size. You'll be fine. Just make sure you do what the Dr says...........my Dr would tell you not to raise your hands any higher than it takes to wash your hair. Raising the dentists light may cause you some issues. It would have for me.....but it varies from person to person. Mine turned out larger than planned and Dr says the cup size may enlarge as they settle into place. Thankfully mine are almost there. BTW..........my surgery was very similar to your plans. Good luck! You guys are going to love them!
Alicia had hers done about 8 years ago. She was out of commission for a good week before she was really able to do anything. She is in the dental field also and would of found it difficult to go back to work within the first week. Now take in consideration that the pain meds they gave her didn't agree with her. She went without pain meds from the second day onward. Everybody will react differently, like most of the other posts have mentioned. Alicia is 5'9" and went from a A to an E. Went through the nipple and also under the muscle. Took 550cc to get her there and she couldn't be happier. She even says from time to time that she doesn't think that she is that big, but I will tell you she is. hahahaha Don't get me wrong, if she wants to go bigger I will not stop her.
She should be good to go. Paula had hers done in Aug on a Thursday and was back to work on Monday. She is also in dental field
From the reading of the post its sounds like the dental field is a great resource to ask about breast implants. Nice.

Laurie had hers done on a Fri morning. By Sunday, she was ready to get out of the house. Bruising lasted for several weeks, but her recovery went pretty well. Be sure to make sure you sunscreen the incisions frequently. Best of luck!
