Tramp here. Not defending Newton too strongly...but in that situation the brains reaction is immediate. What i saw, and what Cam saw may have been the same.........or not....but I thought Kahlil had the ball......and diving in at that point might jostle the ball away...........which is exactly what happened but it wasn't Newton that did it.........it was another Carolina player...... and Denver picked up the ball. Cam's reaction was instantaneous and I really can't fault him for the way he played it!
Cam never saw that kind of defense before...kudos to the Broncos. Cam needs to grow up a bit, that loss should go a long way for him. He'll dominate for the next 5 years IMO. Countdown to season 51 is on.
