Booking from the US we actually locked prices approx $700 less than last year including one more night. I have no idea how!
That would be a great party.... But be topless in April it's a little bit cold.. IMO!! ! Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
Even travelling in Canada will be more than paying the extra ! Calculate 7x3 so 21 meals @ 15$ ( crap food ) 315$ x2 = 630$/average in food only. No fuel no hotel no alcohol. Lets say we drink about 20 glasses a day @ 8$ ( 10 pp pd )= 160x7= 1120 + 630= 1750 and you don't havr any hotel fuel yet Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
I could be way off base (not thinking right), but could you somehow convert Canadian dollars to pesos and then pesos to US dollars? Anyone ever actually ask TTR if they would just take pesos directly somehow?
We will be there at Easter and I will be asking that question. We travel 3 weeks per year and the bump in the US$ will drop that to 2. But the peso and Canadian $ have not really changed. If they hold the line on US$ we will be checking out the DR again, not as much fun but the rest is fine.
This may the rate is up over 500 per couple for 10 days . I have always seen an increase each year in the last 12 years but never that big of a jump. U.S. Isn't exactly getting a great deal either. Luckily we are going in October this year for our honeymoon.
