You are probably right...I should probably stick with following all the women dressed in skimpy sexy dresses and 6" heels and just see where that leads!
Ya, when I read your post my first thought was 'wow, that seems very complicated' LOL Everyone could just prep their rooms, meet at Patyo's and then we start heading room to room drinking until we are actually needing to crawl back to Patyo's. Decorating or setting up your room to represent where you are from is a great idea. Since we are from the Seattle area, we will have to pipe in water and have a bunch of shower heads to have it raining inside the room.. (we don't tan, we rust)
Wasn't intending to complicate it, but I can see how it would. Was just thinking if the participation is strong, we could still be visiting rooms when it's time to reserve a pool chair the next morning!
You just reminded me.. I need to fed ex down some t-shirts and have someone put them on the back of chairs for me 2 months ahead of time....

This room crawl sounds like a lot of fun. I like the idea of decorating the room a little to represent where you are from. Not sure how we are going to get it to snow in there though.

I like that idea too! I will put out a Sign up in a few days with dates, I think we should do 3 for the month of april like Beginning, middle, and end of month. I don't mind organizing things (with the help of matt and Amanda southsoundfun) if we get enough people it will be fun! I think maybe 5-6 rooms is all we need really then we can have a little time at each room the host can decorate there room offer a drink or shot of some kind and maybe even a game! i.e. pin the kiss on the stud/hottie (paper or real) I have heard some say they like the chain idea, the problem with that idea is depending on participation, if the rooms are on the smaller side it gets very crowded very quickly and the idea is to meet people in a Smaller setting. So having multiple smaller groups of crawlers means no one room gets too crowded and a smaller setting for actually meeting people, we could still have and end meeting point for the Crawl so everyone gets a chance to meet up, we could make this as short or long of an activity as we want!
