That's a really good question, but the idea is also a great idea, and sounds fun. Surely with 2 months until April, a solution can be found, after all it's sounds like there is one hell of a potential party there...can't waste the opportunity of a good party!
We did this Caroling one year at work. Person one goes too person twos room and has a drink. Person 1 and 2 got to person 3s room gets a drink and so forth. Lol be a bit of a zoo by person/couple 10 and more but that was how we did it.

It would work if the people on the list met someplace first and everyone including the first person on the list made the rounds. you would have to organize the room numbers a bit so that your not running back and forth from sexy pool side to quiet pool side..lol
We could all meet in Patyo's first, then start from there. I would take care of organizing the list.. and if it goes sideways, it would be Sally's (NWCPL4FUN) fault..
