I was on track then fell off now back on ! I've put about 10 lb from last year can't fit in my clothes So need to be on this now 13 1/2 week !

I've been doing a lot of cooking from the body coach book very easy and quick recipes I also follow him on Facebook . I've started using my fitness pal aswell to get a idea of my macros( fat carbs protein) and cals .
My Fitness Pal is an awesome tool. I have found that tracking my calorie intake and my calories exhausted is a huge help, but it takes discipline to log EVERY calorie you put in your mouth. I will be back in July.....started back in the gym a few weeks ago. Can't wait!!! :flash: --Ginger
