Went to TTR two years ago almost exact in OCT. Got a Jacuzzi room for 3ish. Looking to book either in FEB or APR of 17 and just checked on alpha rooms and they wanted 4500 for a regular room. Is it just far out or what? TTR was great the best place weve been fun wise. But I cant see justifying 4500 on their facilities and food and that doesn't include flights.
I know that October is considered low season for pricing. I know that February is always much more expensive. Not really sure about April though...might just be the time of year you are looking at
Figured FEB might be more than OCT, but APR. Were just looking for now as we cant book until the new school schedule comes out. When I just checked alpha rooms it was 4500 flights not included. Again as cool as TTR was almost 6 grand for the week, with below average rooms and average food. I guess IDK.
I heard April already has some sold out dates and prices usually go up when you try to book this late. I'd recommend booking at least 6 months in advance next time for better rates.
Oh...I thought it was for this year too. I personally think you are way too far out for booking now. We are looking to spend a few nights at Desire RM in October of this year and we can't even get pricing on the 'good' sites yet. I would say hold tight, keep looking and you will find better prices
Just my opinion, but think it's way too early to even think about booking. I would never book flight and resort separate either unless you're going through a referral. If I were you, I'd start looking for flight/resort packages on various travel sites in about 8 or 9 months then.
Satrt looking about 6 months out. The prices fluctuate so much, it can be crazy. Ive seen them on Trivago go from $200 at 8am, to $140 at 8pm.
April ( after Easter , when ever it falls) and Oct used to be low season , but thanks to the Addicts , and Hellraisers, it is now considered high season , so yes the pricing dynamic have changed for those dates . There is also that ''reno'' to consider
