Pretty sure Donald meant "segue" which means to continue . He was trying to be a corporate and "move forward" and "reach out" and all those other corporate buzz phrases that seem to be polluting our language !!!!! But it would be fun to try an Evel Kenievel a Segway over the pool . Especially in high heels and a micro g-string
To ''Segway'' a post means to change the topic sideways , usually to change the topic into your topic . Even if I wanted to wear my sandles , I couldn't,, there on my pool chair reserving it for tomorrow
While I understand that the restaurants seem to all say "No sandals," I don't know when in the past ten trips that I've worn anything but the same flip-flops that I wore to the pool that day into the restaurants..... That's not to say you can scum it up in your dress and go in, but the relax on the sandals, especially in the summer hot months in our experience. Got to have a good look to you, though. No cut-offs and wife-beaters in the Italian, Chines or Seafood reservation-onlies... Again in our experience.
