Many moons ago an Ex of mine wore a g string to Xcaret. No problems at all. Just gawkers and behind our backs gossip. Also like 3 years ago April and I went to Xel-ha. She wore an extremely small scrunch butt bottom and the same thing. Dads staring, wives pissed off but we had a marvelous time. 99% are diaper butt bottoms
We watched some videos on you tube and it looks like I'm going to wear my euro shorts and Jen is going to wear a cheeky bottom and who cares what anyone thinks
Been to both of those, and they're really more family-oriented with lots of kids. I personally wouldn't be comfortable in a thong or probably even too small a scrunch. That just isn't the vibe of those parks.
We were at Xel-Ha on Thursday. Awesome day trip by the way. It far exceeded our expectations. With respect to bikinis, we didn't see any G-string type bikinis, but there were certainly some very sexy outfits walking about. As noted above, there are many families around and lots of kids so best to be somewhat tame.
We are doing a family trip in March for the kids spring break and will be staying down south of Akamal near Xel Ha. So we definitely will be visiting with the kids. Jen is actually shopping now for 'water shorts' for the visit. Ugh. Not even sure what these look like (I guess shorts) but if there are a ton of kids I guess it makes sense. Going to be tough being so close to TTR/Desire yet so so far away
