My wife and I are considering a trip in June 2016 probably during the 2nd or 3rd week. We will either go for a full 6 or 7 days or split it with TTR. We have been to TTR twice and Hedo 4 times. We think we want to try Desire RM out but really are looking for a great group to go with. Let us know if you are considering going. We like the mix of fun and relaxation. B & E
considering the same We're considering the same thing...but know from other resorts that the people who are there can really make a trip great. We like to have a few drinks and get crazy on the dance floor. Are there a lot of people dancing nightly at Desire RM? On another note...we are also competitive beach volleyball players...and these dates are in the middle of our tournament season so we're hoping to find a court in good condition that we can train on daily. How is the court at Desire RM? Anyone know of a spot in Cancun to pick up games? Thanks in advance.
When we went to RM in October, the dance floor was packed and we had a ton of fun dancing. There is a volleyball court on the beach, not sure if it is competitive standards or not, but it seems nice. On an awesome note you can play totally nude if you want. Melissa
We are going to try Desire this year in June; it will be our first time. Starting out for a week at TTR (10-18) and then 4 days at Desire.
That is how we started out 2 years ago, I think that is when we first met you all, we spent 7 days at TTR then 3 at Desire. We loved it and we will be on our 4th trip this June. The price is what kicks your butt.
We love TTR in June and have done this trip for 5 years . We to think about the lay back feel that Desire may offer and have thought about it but have not made the jump both price and the leaving of friends at TTR is hard.
