They already own two other resorts that cater to the clothing optional crowd. So I never see it happening here.
You are correct, construction will start around June 2016. We had a friend (who is a cousin to the owners ) phone his cousin and ask before we booked for April. We did not ask what was in the plan, just when it would start.
I would be surprised if they shut the place down to do renovations/construction. If the construction is going to be that large including tearing out or enlarging the sexy pool it could mean I'm wrong or it's going to be open and a mess.
