We're planning to run cruises on the following dates in December 2015. Further January dates will be announced at the end of November. Monday 7th December - deposits open here Sunday 13th December - deposits open here Saturday 19th December - deposits open here Tuesday 29th December - deposits open here Saturday 2nd January - deposits open here (Deposit opening dates subject to change) Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. We always aim to open at 1pm Cancun time. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the relevant monthly roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 95. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Rationale for chosen dates: December is busy the first 10 days or so then pretty quiet up until those arriving to celebrate New Year. It was looking like a two week break in the run up to Christmas but I decided to throw in an extra date for the 19th and we'll see if we get sufficient numbers. I assess the numbers from the roll calls and various other threads and they don't take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our cancunboobsruise.com website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on interest and feedback.
